Overnight lodging will be approved only for travel distances greater than 75 miles from the traveller's base location.

Once the overnight reservations are made and you have received your confirmation number, if you become unable to keep the reservation due to illness, you have up until 2 PM the day of arrival to cancel the reservation without penalty. Please make every effort to make the cancellation before that time in order to avoid a no show charge. Thank you.
